Abstract

 The number of poor people in Bangkalan Regency in March 2022 reached 196.11 thousand people. This number decreased by 19.86 thousand people when compared to conditions in March 2021 which amounted to 215.97 thousand people.

 The percentage of poor people (P0) in Bangkalan Regency decreased from 21.57 percent in March 2021 to 19.44 percent in March 2022.

 The poverty line in Bangkalan Regency in March 2022 was IDR 458,754.00 per capita per month, an increase of IDR 26,708.00 per capita per month or an increase of 6.18 percent compared to conditions in March 2021 which amounted to IDR 432,046.00.

 The Poverty Depth Index (P1) for Bangkalan Regency in March 2022 was 3.02, a decrease of 0.49 points compared to March 2021 of 3.51.

 The Poverty Severity Index (P2) for Bangkalan Regency in March 2022 was 0.73, a decrease of 0.13 points compared to March 2021 of 0.86.
